Courier Area Manager – Eastern Cape
Job Description for Area Manager
Responsible for overseeing multiple courier hubs within a designated area, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
1. Management of internal and external courier operations performance within the division
2. Assist in the establishment of courier processes and manage contract terms within the division
3. Manage and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
4. Manage Customer centricity
5. Effective self-management and teamwork
Requirements for the Position
● Understanding of the business operating model
● Knowledge of applicable Business Policies & amp; Procedures
● Knowledge of applicable Legislation (e.g. CPA,POPI etc.)
● Good geographical knowledge
● Knowledge of Courier operations processes
● Industry Knowledge
● MS Office Skills
● Knowledge of company policies, practices, processes and systems

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and 5+
years extensive experience in logistics, courier services, or a related role, with prior regional management
experience.
