What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Accurately process withdrawals to customer accounts after successful compliance checks using the designated platform.
  • Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders until completion.
  • Effective resolution of customer queries across various platforms.
  • Preparation of payment batches as received by withdrawals and accurate capturing onto the relevant banking systems for manual processing.
  • Process withdrawal requests from branches ensuring that the prescribed withdrawals checklist and all relevant reporting is adhered to.
  • Displays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers and other internal team members/ departments/ branches as well as ensuring that the optimal turnaround time for account queries is maintained.
  • Quality Assurance targets to be achieved and interventions to be implemented to increase quality where there are shortfalls.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Assist with setting up at special promotions/events making sure that the setup is in line with the Hollywoodbets standard and supporting the team
  • Ensure Mobile Clerks have uniforms and name badges
  • Assist with pulling reports (stock, vehicle inspections, branding, etc.)  from OPUS and share with relevant Managers as per business requirements
  • Responsible for Stock ordering, allocating, maintaining, controlling as well as reporting on any stock shortages that are encountered or communicated by the team. Ensuring that all branding is cleaned and packed away – full accountability for the branding and reporting on any missing items.
  • Manage and coordinate movement of Inland promotional branding.
  • Manage and coordinate the Inland Boom Bus.
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with external stakeholders e.g. Mall exhibition managers, Hotels, etc.
  • Check operational requirements to ensure all are in order e.g. inventory, uniforms, terminals/Kazang machines are working, and file updates
  • Work closely with the iBranch Support Center, which includes the Mobile Helpline as well as FICA/Deposits/Withdrawals to ensure that new Customers are signed up and serviced appropriately
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly management reporting
  • Consolidating regional reports from managers to the relevant department at Team Support e.g. promo tracker, booster listing, PIP reports, etc.
  • Facilitating Order Number requests in the region and ensuring payments are done as per the region’s requests.
  • Assist RM with monthly and quarterly incentives – consolidation and requesting timesheets from time and attendance
  • Accommodation and flight bookings within the Region
  • Ordering of office supplier for Regional Office
  • Allocate available resources to all Regional office Team members to enable successful task performance.
  • Co-ordinate between Regional Office Team members and branches in case there is an event that needs regional total participation, including assisting the Marketing Manager as requested.
