Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless payroll processing
- Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required
- Monitoring data to ensure accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and other relevant information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and employee information

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Performing market analysis and research on competition
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing collateral through our distribution channels
- Brief printers on marketing collateral
- Assist with activations and new store openings
- Assist with own brand and branded campaigns
- Liaise with agency
- Prepare campaign presentations
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital
- Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
- Strong interest in retail, fashion, sports, and design trends.
- Knowledge of sports lifestyle brands, internationally and locally
- Knowledge of Influencer and Content Marketing
- Creative portfolio or samples demonstrating marketing skills and projects (school projects or personal work).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
