About The Role
The primary responsibility is to oversee the infrastructure components of the business, particularly focusing on payment processes and merchant solutions. This includes facilitating card-based transactions, ensuring the resilience and scalability of systems, and managing security aspects.
Our Ideal Candidate
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of developmental stacks, pipelines, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of security standards and practices to ensure compliance and manage security aspects of the infrastructure
- Experience in the financial sector, especially with payment processes or merchant solutions, is advantageous.
- Candidate should be self-sufficient, able to communicate effectively, and capable of managing and deploying infrastructure to support various product functionalities.
- Experienced in PowerShell, Go, Python, Java
- Hands on development experience in relation to automation, APIs, Front End systems.
- Design and deployment of highly available, enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure
- Experience using the HashiCorp stack (Nomad, Vault, Consul, Terraform)
Minimum Education

About the Role
To apply analytical and cyber security know how to support the Cyber Security team to safeguard the organisation’s digital assets, systems, and data from security threats, maintain resilient cyber security in the face of evolving threats and vulnerabilities and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 4 years’ experience in Information Security
- 1-2 years’ experience in Security Incident Response and proactive detection, mitigation, and resolution of advanced cyberattacks and/or threats
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, various operating systems (Windows and Red hat preferred,)
- Agile and DevOps models
- Working in in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance team
- Ideally in a financial services/banking environment
Minimum Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge cyber security; architecture, tools and controls.

About the role:
The Level III Software Engineer is a vital member of a cross-functional team involved in various development efforts within the credit domain of business banking. This role encompasses the full software development lifecycle from concept to operation, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems to ensure scalability and performance.
In addition to developing and maintaining the back-end components of web applications, the Level III Software Engineer ensures optimal performance and excellent client experiences. They focus on enhancing new and existing products, improving current systems, and providing support. Furthermore, they guide developers and stakeholders in resolving engineering problems, contributing to the overall success of the business banking credit domain.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Grade 12 National Certificate (Minimum)

Purpose Statement

What You’ll Do:
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and operation.
