About the Opportunity

TFG is looking for energetic and driven young individuals to participate in the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. This initiative is aimed at equipping unemployed youth with valuable work experience, skills, and training within the retail sector. Successful candidates will be placed in various TFG stores, offices, and distribution centers nationwide.

Who Can Apply?

✔ South African citizen
✔ Aged between 18-29 years
✔ Unemployed and not studying full-time
✔ Grade 12/Matric or Grade 10 (with retail experience preferred)
✔ No previous work experience required
✔ Passionate about customer service and retail

What You Will Gain

✅ 12 months of work experience in a leading retail company
✅ Exposure to various departments (sales, merchandising, customer service, admin, and more)
✅ On-the-job training and mentorship
✅ A monthly stipend
✅ A potential opportunity for full-time employment after the programme
