Tax Graduate Programme 2025
1. Overview
The Tax Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates looking to build a career in taxation. This structured training programme provides practical experience, technical expertise, and professional development to help candidates become successful tax professionals.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the programme, candidates must:

Hold a Bachelorβs degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Law, or a related field.
β
Be a South African citizen (if applicable).
β
Have strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
β
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β
Show a keen interest in taxation and compliance.
β
Be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Programme Structure
The Tax Graduate Programme runs for 12-24 months and consists of:
3.1. Training & Development
π Induction Programme β Introduction to tax laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
π On-the-Job Training β Work alongside experienced tax professionals on real-world tax cases.
π Technical Workshops β Covering corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
π Soft Skills Training β Communication, client management, and professional ethics.
3.2. Work Experience

Tax Compliance & Advisory β Assisting with tax returns, calculations, and advisory services.

Audit Support β Working with auditors to ensure tax compliance.
β
Legislation & Research β Keeping up to date with tax laws and regulatory changes.
β
Client Engagement β Assisting clients with tax planning and risk management.
3.3. Mentorship & Coaching
Each graduate will be assigned a mentor who will guide them throughout the programme and provide career support.

5. Application Process
