Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Trainee Sales Representative, Reporting to the Area Sales Manager. The Trainee Sales Representative will work along with the Sales Representative. He/she will be required to drive and own the customer relationship in relevant channels, give presentations, demonstrate and sell products or services with the express purpose of growing volumes and value for all stakeholders. Service the allocated Customer base through achieving the business objectives of increased Profitability, excellent Customer Service, and perfect In-Trade Execution. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities | PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execute Sales & Marketing Business Plan. Sales Representative should be an initiator, competent personnel able to Plan For Calls • Execute Outlets • Generate Orders • Implement & Execute Promotions • Achieve/Exceed Sales Targets & other KPI set targets • Asset Care Management • Quality Management • Manage Merchandisers • Comply with outlet and market execution standards • Problem solving and conflict handling/resolution • Leadership, Self-Management and actively support and build the team • Adherence to company Business Code of Conduct (Policies & Procedures). |
Skills, Experience & Education | REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 • Sales and Marketing qualification will be an added advantage • Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in the Fast-Moving-Consumer Goods Industry • Excellent planning, Negotiation, organizing, communication, presentation, and judgment skills • Ability to perform under pressure, Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and to work with limited supervision • Code B driver’s license. |
