Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the new vehicle division. In this strategic role, you will focus primarily on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve targeted objectives within a competitive automotive market.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for new vehicles.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
– Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
– Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and support tools that drive sales.
– Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to meet shifting demands.
– Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures as it relates to vehicle sales and customer interactions.

Requirements
– Proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry or a related field.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Demonstrable experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve results.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
– Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data-driven insights for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in the South African automotive market.
– Additional certifications in sales management or leadership training.
– High School Qualification (Matric)
