In this strategic role, you will focus primarily on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve targeted objectives within a competitive automotive market.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for new vehicles.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
– Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
– Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
