Job Description for Admin
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as an Admin Person in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, literate, and possess strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the switchboard and answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Typing schedules and maintaining accurate records
- Managing filing systems and ensuring documents are stored appropriately
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the office team
- Conducting computer work and data entry tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
