DUTIES: Maintenance of office buildings. Conduct regular building inspections. Attend to minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. Ensure that working areas are cleaned accordingly. Clean equipment including motor vehicles and machinery. Clean lawn and prune trees where necessary. Maintenance of office equipment and furniture. Repair broken furniture and equipment. Report defects. Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies. Equipment properly repaired and maintained. Ensure furniture are repaired.
