Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

•National Diploma in Information Technology/Engineering/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology

•Provide user support for logged incidents and requests.

•Perform system changes and enhancements.
•Perform process documentation and reviews.
