Key Responsibilities
• Assist with strategic sourcing
• Assist in ensuring an effective skills sourcing services to the area
• Assist in ensuring improvement of employee satisfaction and organisational performance
• Assist in providing support to line management towards improving and maintaining good labour and employee relations
• Assist in providing a basic advisory service on all aspects of conditions of service and house agreement
• Assist in gathering and providing management information to line management
• Assist in facilitating the establishment and implementation of training and development processes.
