Work From Home – Temporary Admin Job Available
This is a work from home position, we are in the Overberg area and you need to live in one of the towns mentioned below. The candidates that will be considered need to have a space to effectively work from home, have to have their own laptop or pc fast enough to run Excel, Word, without lagging, etc. And own transport, you will be required to pick up packages with all the invoices per week from your nearest Postnet or similar posting service, as well as send them off to the head offices. You will receive a work travel logger to use to determine the amount of kilometers driven for work purposes, and will be paid as standard according to the AA rates for your vehicle.
We need an individual that has sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel and some experience in admin – basic logging of expenditure incoices per item listing in Excel, summarising weekly costs, etc. More detail will be given if your application is considered.
Requirements
- Must live in the Overberg area in towns such as Rooi Els, Pringle Bay, Bettys Bay, Kleinmond, Hermanus (This is non-negotiable, you have to live close enough to the Kleinmond office.)
- Must have own sufficient laptop or PC with Microsoft Word amd Excel
- Must have own internet line at home that is dependable.
- Must have have own transport
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans, English.
- Must have some experience in admin at least good computer skills includig Excel and Word.
This is a temporary position that will end mid December, you will be reimbursed on a hourly rate, and you will recieve a USB work hours logging device. The rate will be discussed as well as a few other minor conditions for the work if your application is to bs considered.
