Vodacom | National Service Manager X2
To provide Service Management support to local Customers across multiple verticals or industries focusing on the implementation of new business opportunities, improvement of service offerings, increasing NPS Advantage or supporting all customer bids and RFP processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
To create data extraction processes and infrastructure from disparate data sources, employing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) best practices.
Provide Service Management to any local customer as needed, restoring confidence in Vodafone and Vodacom.
Parachute in to own, manage and resolve issues and support both VGE, Local, PE, LE and customer business drivers, formulating short term service improvement, service development plans and end to end process improvements in organisation and across international boundaries Supports the delivery of complex programmes (Complex RFP Implementations, technology led programmes) by owning service activities and driving through to successful completion across international boundaries.
Own, drive and support short and long term initiatives to drive NPS advantage.
Ideally you should possess the following:
Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
Relevant 3 year diploma / degree beneficial.
5+ years of Service Management experience essential ITIL Certified or equivalent commercial experience is essential.
Programme Management (Prince2) qualification is essential.
Able to parachute into any Situation, Customer or Country to deliver a work package, drive service development or improvement initiatives.
Customer obsessed, able to nurture and manage deep customer relationships on all levels Excellent ‘c’ level communication, stakeholder , influencing and relationship skills.
Deep knowledge of technologies across all of telecommunications.
Sound Commercial understand and acumen.
Self-starter – must be proactive, initiate and drive work streams, able to operate independently and take the initiative.
