Job Description
Responsible for the performing of routine laboratory tests and tasks, as well as reporting on exceptions when applicable

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in the laboratory or any science field will serve as an advantage
• Minimum 0-2 experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear Criminal Record
• Willing to work long hours

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform in-season laboratory tests and provide support.
• Monitor fermentation and MLF for red and white wine.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting as necessary.
• Complete laboratory administration timeously.
• Provide general support to the wine cellar.
• All samples must be handled with confidentiality, maintaining integrity, and keeping the test results secure.
• Ensure excellent service delivery.
• Be a GWK ambassador and a good team player.
