Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that the Human Capital administrative function supporting onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding are performed according to standard on different systems used.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years in an administrative environment
• Proven experience of MS Office package.
• Knowledge and experience of Sage 300 (PEOPLE) will serve as a recommendation.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Equivalent.
• Formal Microsoft Training Certificate.
• A Human Capital related certificate/ qualification will be a definite advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the kickoff process with onboarding on new employees.
• Responsible for checks, controls and archiving onboarding documentation.
• Assist with the accurate creation of employee profiles on internal Payroll system.
• Responsible for electronically archiving all cross-boarding documentation.
• Electronic distribution, collection and archiving offboarding documentation.
• Assist Human Capital Team with ad- hoc administration

• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Able to maintain integrity within a Human Capital environment is essential.
