We are searching for an experienced Technician at our Johannesburg facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct the pre-checks on the vehicle prior to the refurbishments being conducted.
Book the required Parts for refurbishing the allocated vehicle(s).
Ensure that the necessary authorization is obtained from the Supervisor for items with the cost control value.
Take proper care of the Company’s mechanical tools.
Assess and ensure that the working environment in the workshop is compliant to the health and safety standards.
To ensure that booked parts are returned to the workshop if they are not being used.
Ensure that the vehicle is refurbished vehicle within the agreed timelines and conduct the quality check.
Perform the post-evaluation assessment on the
refurbished vehicles, assessing the standards of the vehicle to road safety
regulatory safety standards
Required Qualifications:
Grade 12 or Technical Certificate (NTC2)
QCTO Trade Certificate in the Industry.
1-2 years Motor Mechanic Experience
