Job Description

RPO’s client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Call Centre Manager to lead and manage their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and call center management, and a passion for the water industry. This role requires an individual who can drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales and call centre team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Call Centre Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field advantageous
