You will part of the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. This role is responsible for direct sales of products to, and servicing of, burial societies and are individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.


·         Sells to Foundation market clients as per business rules


·         Operational role responsible for direct selling and servicing of clients


·         Ensures retention of current business


·         Main contact is with executives of committees – part of the community structure


·         Receives salaries and bonuses, does not operate on commission


Key Responsibilities will include amongst others the following:

Business Retention

  • Ensures retention of current business

Client Service Delivery

  • Services business submitted on behalf of clients

Personal Effectiveness

  • Accepts and lives the company values
  • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts
  • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results
  • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a maximum of three months
  • Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills

Sells to foundation market clients as per business rules


Job Requirements
·         Matric or equivalent

·         FAIS Compliance

·         Previous sales experience required, preferably within financial service

·         Clear credit and criminal records
