Understanding that people are the key to our success, developing the capability of our people through learning interventions. Participate in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes and learning resources to equip our valued associates with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to succeed.

Training Development

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning content and programmes to support end-users.

Training Facilitation

· Conduct training sessions in person or online, by presenting content that is role-specific, to the point and has a clear direction.

· Facilitate successful implementation of project initiatives by providing innovative, multi-channel training to develop skills

Training Evaluation

· Regularly assess the quality of learning materials and programmes and ensure that they are up to date and fit for purpose


· Schedule learning and development interventions and coordinate logistics associated with the learning intervention

· Coordinate all participating processes, such as nominations, enrolments, attendance and evaluation

· Liaise with resourcing internal facilitators/role players and training providers.

· Manage training expenses in line with the training budget

· Deliver reports in respect of training initiatives and training budget and maintains learning management systems


BA/ BCom Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business Management / Financial Management or related field


3 years + in a similar role


· Knowledge of adult learning

· Proven Training facilitation

· Organisational skills

· Presentation skills
