Position Purpose:
To provide GL financial administrative support in terms of capturing of bank statements & journals on a daily basis.
Position outputs:
– Income statement reconciliation on a monthly basis
– Filling correspondence and journals
– Daily capturing of invoices against goods receipt
– Daily capturing and posting of accrual transactions
– Capturing and parking of journals
– Print bank statements from the online bank system
– Ensure accurate capturing of bank statements and journals
– Daily capturing and posting of bank statements
– Adhoc functions as requested by Line Manager

– Processing of timesheets
– To provide and maintain an archive system for effective and efficient recordkeeping
– To ensure that the clearance journals are captured correctly
Qualifications & Experience:
-Grade 12 or Matric or equivalent qualification with accounting as a subject
-1-2 years of working experience in the Finance field/environment
