Purpose:

As a Floor and Visuals Manager, your primary focus will be on floor operations and visuals to ensure a seamless process from back of house to front of house, enhancing the total customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

• Collaborate with VM Display artists to create compelling window displays, drive aisle presentations, and floor/department layouts.
• Implement effective in-store merchandising strategies and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Plan and schedule adequate staff resources to deliver excellent customer service.

Sales:

• Drive sales targets achievement through efficient replenishment processes and optimal stock availability.
• Ensure promotions and markdowns are correctly executed.
• Conduct daily floor walks, monitoring operations, and assigning tasks.
• Develop and maintain customer-friendly fitting room processes.

Stock Management:

• Conduct monthly bay counts and promptly report any exceptions to the Store Manager.
• Analyze monthly space versus sales ratios, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
• Coordinate floor preparation for stock takes and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Provide weekly stock feedback to the Store Manager, including top and bottom-selling items, quality concerns, and over/under stocks.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store operations, with a specific focus on merchandise and apparel management.
• Knowledge of sales and service management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong business understanding of retail trade, brands, customers, and products.
