MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide general administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations in the provision of Higher Education and Training

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide administrative support to Training and Development Department
Provide general office administration
Provide reception and telephone services
Comply with South African Nursing Council adminstration standards

REQUIRED EDUCATION

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Administrative skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
Training and Development and Higher Education and Training policies and procedures
Understanding of inventory management/ capital items management
Event planning and coordination
Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memos, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
Organisational skills
Nursing structure within a hospital and learning centre context
