Requirements: *Grade 12 *Computer Literacy. * Minimum two (2) Year’s relevant experience.

Key Performance Area: *Receive, sorting and capturing application letter/forms *Arrange venues for shortlisting and interviews *Submit list of terminations to finance for payment of leave gratuity *File various documents into the individual personal files *Control the movement of personnel files internally *Complete UIF forms for the terminated employees *Control file access request and keep logs *Update the employees with leave credits on request *Arrange venues for meetings *Take minutes during meetings *Inform employees with leave forfeit *Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for relevant staff *

Key Performance Area: *Liaise with supervisor for changes regarding remuneration and personal details, new appointments and discharges *Effect resignations and appointments of staff on the computerised system *Verify and receive of timesheets from various departments *Summarise all exceptional data from various *Request Tax directive from SARS as requested

Requirements: *Grade 12 *Computer Literacy. * Minimum two (2) Year’s relevant experience.

Key Performance Area: *Implementing council’s credit control policy for overdue debtors accounts, *Checking that overdue accounts have been identified on the arrears listing generated. *Checking that demand letters have been issued on the disconnection list and general account arrears. *Comparing cut-off list with debtor information on computer programme to prevent duplication on cut-off list.*Checking that disconnection of service or restriction of service instructions has been carried out. *Attending to debtor queries, whether personally or telephonically. *Ensuring that customers receive quality service and queries are dealt with satisfactorily.

Requirements: *Grade 12 *Computer Literacy. * Minimum two (2) Year’s relevant experience.

Key Performance Area: *Supervisor the work of cashiers and cash registers are maintained properly *Responsible that all monies received daily (electronic data) is linked by computer to the main frame network *Monitor individual performance in accordance with performance objectives, daily *Resolve conflict situations appropriately and escalate to immediate supervisor and manager when required *Maintain and update cashier records *Allocation of vendor payments by do transfers and file transactions *Attend to journal entries in terms of receipt adjustments to municipal accounts and submit to immediate supervisor for approval
