Job Description
Delivering high-quality hardware and software repairs across the various Apple product lines within the iStore group, so as to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems on Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, AirTags, AirPods, Apple TV, Pencil, HomePod, Beats and CPU devices
Required to travel between istores in the region and to work from these locations based on the business’s requirement or need during that period.
