POST: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER: SERVICE CONDITIONS
CENTRE: REGIONAL OFFICE, LIMPOPO
SALARY: R 173 703 – R 204 615 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
_Grade 12 or equivalent recognized qualification;
_One year relevant experience;
_Knowledge of Human Resource policies and legislations;
_Knowledge of Itirele System will be an added advantage;
_Knowledge of Persal System will be an added advantage;
_A valid driver’s licence.
Skills and competencies:
_Computer literacy (MS Office);
_Good communication skills (verbal and written);
_Good organizing skills;
_Accuracy and attention to detail.
_Administer all Service Benefit Functions;
_Capture/amend applications for leave on Persal System;
_Audit Leave Files and Compile monthly statistics;
_Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition and PILIR);
_Respond to enquiries of clients, both verbal and written;
_Process transfers, resettlements and Terminations;
_Handle PMDS i.e. capture on Persal System;
_Any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
