Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications. Plus-minus 2 years’ experience in HR will be an advantage. Knowledge of Persal and HR processes. Computer Literacy (MS Word and Excel). Organization and Communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of the Human Resource Legislative framework. A person must be dynamic and flexible as he/she will be dealing with sensitive issues and taking critical and uncompromising decisions. Must be able to report directly to the supervisor/s without deviation and understand the professional ethics of HR office. Must be willing to sign confidential forms.
Duties
Manage all HRA matters. Be able to work under severe pressure. Be able to implement Batho Pele Principles within the HR. Promotion, Allowance, Medical, Overtime Remuneration, Long Service Awards, Home Owners Allowance, Appointment, Transfer, Terminations, Service Benefits, Recruitment and Selection as well as PMDS and Leave capturing on Persal. Send mandates to the Gauteng Department of Finance. Ensure proper record keeping of Leave, Appointments, Transfers, Terminations of Service and Finance documents. Coordination of documents between Department and E-Gov. liaise with E-Gov. and attend to queries presented to HR carry out lawful instructions and daily allocated by supervisor ect.
