To engage with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and understand wellness issues and apply technical knowledge and expertise to develop, implement and monitor wellness-related solutions.

experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – Life Sciences degree (eg Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist or Biokineticist)
  • Preferred Qualification – Must have a current registration with AHPCSA / HPCSA
  • Experience – 4+ years’ post qualification experience, • Experience working with a Group Life product would be advantageous

  • Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Effective teamwork, self-management, and alignment with Group values
  • Ensures good governance, risk management and compliance within the portfolio
  • Providing general support to the Wellbeing Team
  • Process co-ordination, e.g. for sickness absence and disabilities
  • Case Management, Assist Employee Wellbeing Specialists with managing wellness-related cases where lifestyle change/intervention is needed
  • Provide input into the research, identification, design, and implementation of health initiatives
