experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Bachelor of Commerce Degree
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role within the financial services industry
  • A person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

additional requirements

In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.


  • Ensure profit growth for the business through effective financial advisory services
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide businesses to make informed decisions
  • Ensure effective management of the leads pipeline
  • Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation
  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets
  • Continuously assess own performance through seeking timely, and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
  • Actively coach the team through providing advice about the subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance
