experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Risk or Compliance
- Preferred Qualification – Post Graduate Degree or equivalent
- Experience – At least 5 years relevant experience in Risk Management or Compliance environment and Project/ Programme Management

- Prepare, collate and proof-read strategic documents and Regulator packs for meetings and engagements
Compile presentations and briefing documents Perform research and benchmarking activities Regulator engagement co-ordination and administrative support for the compliance prudential and drafting of response letters Define the programme’s work streams, milestones, roles and responsibilities and governance structures Complete and distribute programme initiation and governance documentation for customer segments to log projects and allocate the appropriate resources and budget Identification of high severity and material risks and issues throughout the project life-cycle and escalate to project owners, sponsors and appropriate governance forums Perform on-going monitoring of progress against critical or planned milestones and timelines Perform ad-hoc tasks relating to interim operational requirements, until the business as usual procedures are embedded Participating of in implementation programme meetings, steering committees and weekly catch-up sessions with customer segments Create and maintain comprehensive project related documentation. Record and maintain the RAIDs log for the projects, which depicts the Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions applicable to the Regulatory and Conduct Risk Management Office Oversee project execution utilizing appropriate forums, meetings and progress updates with reporting templates Production and collaboration on programme related documents with segments. Understanding and feeding back on franchise-specific issues and gaps Assisting in the resolution of risks, issues and concerns (bringing them to a close) Written and verbal communication with clients is professional and appropriate Produce insightful updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
