Minimum Requirements for Service Representative Customer Service
• Qualification(s):
Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages/
Diploma/Certificate Low-voltage official at
NQF4 with 120 credits
• Related Minimum Experience:
2 Years Basic understanding of electricity
