Qualification(s):

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a comprehensive Human Resources service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of the total HR value chain
• Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service
• Ensure effective coordination of skills sourcing service to the area
• Provide accurate management information and effective system support
• Customer, stakeholder communication and service
• Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations
• Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
