Area of Speacialization : Support and implement the Talent Management Strategy through Pipeline development for future skills required by the Organization.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

•  Grade 12
•  ETDP Certificate – would be advantageous
•  Registered Assessor
•  N3 National certificate Mechanical
•  Mechanical Trade certificate

•Experience:

•  Minimum 4 years experience in workshops / offices
•  Minimum 2 years experience in the Learnership field (Must include Apprenticeship programmes)
