Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• Grade 12 or N3 with Maths & Science Plus NQF 5 National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations

Or

• NQF 6 Occupational Certificate Fossil Plant Power Plant Process Controller

Experience:

Related Minimum Experience:
• 2 Years as Plant Operator and 2 years as Senior Plant Operator Units

• Operate plant under normal and emergency conditions
• Monitor unit process
• Maintain correct unit conditions during start-up, controlled shutdown and normal operations
• Control plant defect notifications
• Perform administrative activities
• Assist with the development of staff
