Purpose Statement
- To provide Business Bank clients with excellent end-to-end Internet Banking experience by providing technical telephonic support ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and processing internet banking administration.
Experience
Minimum:
- 2 yrs work experience in a client focussed or call center type environment
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
Ideal:
- Experience in a financial or banking environment
- Basic technical/systems knowledge and experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification
