Purpose Statement

  • To provide Business Bank clients with excellent end-to-end Internet Banking experience by providing technical telephonic support ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and processing internet banking administration.

Experience

Minimum:

  • 2 yrs work experience in a client focussed or call center type environment
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.

Ideal:

  • Experience in a financial or banking environment
  • Basic technical/systems knowledge and experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • A relevant tertiary qualification

Knowledge

Minimum:

  • General office administration

Ideal:

  • Chatbot channels of communication
