Purpose Statement
- To support the Head: Communications and the Communications team members in ensuring the key focus of messages to the stakeholder community, messages to employees and reputation management are met.
- To coordinate the administrative and logistical processes related to the Communications department.
Experience
Min:
- At least 6 years’ administration / secretarial experience, specifically at senior management/executive level within PR and/or media in a corporate environment.
Ideal:
- Experience in a process-driven environment in an administrative capacity within a corporate environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Office Management and Technology / Office Administration or Public Relations

Knowledge of:
- General office and administration systems
- PR processes and principles
- Social media
- Mailbox management
- Internet search engines; Google etc.)
- Media outlets (IOL, Business Day etc.)
Ideal:
Knowledge of:
- Sharepoint
