As a Data Capture Clerk Environment, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently capturing data and ensure an effective maintenance backup system at Mogalakwena Mine Complex.

You will take on a range of responsibilities which will include the following:
- Performing administrative functions:
- Ensuring receipt of correct data sheets and capturing data onto systems thereof
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Preparing appropriate reports
- Adhering to Safety, Regulations, The Act, Codes of practice and standards
- Processing reports
- Arrange meetings and communicate details effectively
This role is in the SHE – Environmental Department at a B7 level and will be reporting to the Environmental Coordinator.
You will need the following:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- MS Office and applicable systems
- 3 years’ experience in environmental management or science background
- Experience in processing of invoices (advantageous)
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage
