POST: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (FAMILY SECTION)

SALARY: R 173 703.00 – R204 612.00 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
_Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
_Relevant administrative experience;
_LLB or Paralegal qualificati on will be an added advantage
Skills and competencies:
_Computer literacy (MS Office);
_Good communication skills (verbal and written);
_Good interpersonal relations;
_Good organizing skills;
_Attention to detail;
_Open files and allocate file numbers for Domestic Violence
_Interview relevant parties
_Process matters including line communication with relevant parties;
_Issue subpoenas and summons to maintenance defaulters;
_Follow up files and outstanding Domestic Violence cases and issue protection orders.
_General administrative duties within Family Law Service;
_Perform other administration duties as directed by Court Manager from time to time
