SALARY: R 173 703.00 – R204 612.00 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:

 _Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;

 _Relevant administrative experience;

 _LLB or Paralegal qualificati on will be an added advantage

 

Skills and competencies:

 

 _Computer literacy (MS Office);

 _Good communication skills (verbal and written);

 _Good interpersonal relations;

 _Good organizing skills;

 _Attention to detail;

 _Problem solving

 

DUTIES:

 _Open files and allocate file numbers for Domestic Violence

 _Interview relevant parties

 _Process matters including line communication with relevant parties;

 _Issue subpoenas and summons to maintenance defaulters;

 _Follow up files and outstanding Domestic Violence cases and issue protection orders.

 _General administrative duties within Family Law Service;

 _Perform other administration duties as directed by Court Manager from time to time
