POST: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (Cash Hall & JDAS)

CENTRE: MAGISTRATE POLOKWANE

SALARY: R 173 703 – R 204 612 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:

 _Grade 12 with mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject or equivalent qualification.

 _Relevant administrative experience

 _Tertiary qualification in finance will be an added advantage

 

Skills and competencies:

 _Computer literacy (MS Office).

 _Good communication skills (verbal and written);

 _ Problem-solving.

 _Good interpersonal relations.

 _Attention to detail.

 

DUTIES:

 _Payments of maintenance beneficiaries through Justice Deposit Account System (JDAS)

 _Manage transactions of Bail, Court Fines and General Modules over

 

JDAS.

 _Process payment of invoices on BAS and payment of witness fees

 _Request all BAS reports as well as compile statistics as required from time to time.

 _Perform petty cash reconciliation.

 _Update petty cash register and keeping financial records up to date.

 _Perform other administrative duties as directed by Court Manager from time to time.
