SALARY: R 173 703 – R 204 612 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.


 _Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications.

 _Relevant administrative experience

 _Paralegal or Legal qualification will be added advantage

o Maintenance of criminal record books and charge sheets

o Update case progress on JDAS and ICMS

o Issuing of summons, both criminal and civil

o Perform digital recording of court proceedings and ensure the integrity of such records

o Arrange court rolls for both civil and criminal

o Writing of witness fee books

o Filing and storage of court documents

o Granting of defaults judgment

o Completion of and issuing of committal, detentions, and warrants of arrests

o Issuing of warrants of execution against property

o Provide administrative support in general court and case flow management

o Maintenance of appeal and civil court registers

o Compiling of court statistics

o Perform other administrative duties as directed by Court Manager
