Requirements:

  • A three (3) year National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management, Public Administration or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA. 1-2 years’ experience in Administration in the related environment

Duties:

  • • Provide administrative support to the directorate • Ensure that all documents are properly photocopied, filed, scanned and saved on live-link • Follow-up done via emails and recorded accordingly • Routing of Directorate memos and documentation and necessary tracking. • Identification and booking of venues and catering for meetings and workshop • Timely request of training for the Directorate as identified in the employee’s employment development plan • Process and follow-up on Directorate documentation (memos, Route forms and Invoices) • Keep updated financial records with supporting documents (POE). • Assist the Directorate with petty cash requests. • Request monthly expenditure reports from Finance and verify against Directorates records. • Ensure that all documents and reports are kept and can be easily retrieved. • Assist the Directorate with stationery requests. • Receive information from stakeholders and update the database monthly

Notes:
