REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent (preferable). Applicants with prior learning, either by
means of experience of alternative courses may also apply. Special
requirements (Skills needed): Knowledge and experience in executing clerical
duties. Computer literate. Detail knowledge of the operation/utilization of
specific software packages. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Good office administration and interpersonal skills, good filing and
organisational skills. Driver’s license is a prerequisite. Relevant practical
DUTIES : Type routine notes, memos, letters and reports. Develop new ideas to change
existing methods. Handle S & T claims. Handle petty cash payments. Arrange
meetings with Senior Managers. Compile agendas and take notes during
meetings. Ordering and purchasing of stationary. Keep the Senior Managers
directory. Scan newspapers and collect important clippings for Senior
Manager. Organize social functions.
